Audit of Leadership & Management Behaviors

I created this instrument in 2013 and asked a number of co-workers and subordinates to complete it anonymously on my behalf. Subsequently, I used the insights from this evaluation effort to guide my professional development activities. The behaviors assessed in the instrument were drawn from leadership and management literature.
